Mix Shading By adding either white 66 or black 63 to any of your aqua tints you can change the colour to give you more of a colour palette.
Using Gold/Silver from Essentials Set Put a few drops of aqua tint colour on a craft mat and add a tiny bit of either gold or silver paint to an existing colour on a craft mat. Once this is painted on your paper it will give an amazing shimmer effect.
Supplies:
Make homemade texture paste with white acrylic paint and cornflour. While mixing, add a few drops of Aqua Tints – your chosen colour. This gives you homemade texture paste that can be stored in a sealed container for about a week.
As I say, the possibilities are endless so be creative with your Aqua Tints and find lots of other ways you too can use them in your crafting!
Clingfilm Effect
Supplies
Household Clingfilm
Put a water wash over the paper then add 3 -4 aqua tint colours – these will blend but you can also help this with the use of a wet brush.
Crumple up some cling film and lay this on the card and set this aside to dry naturally.
Once dry, peel off the cling film to see the effect. This is a unique technique as each time you do it NO two will look the same!
Enjoy!!
Splatter Effect

Wet your watercoulour card with the large flat brush and water. Using the pipettes from your Spectrum Noir aqua Tints sets, pick your chosen colours and drop these on to the wet card. By dropping the tint from different levels you can get different looks. You can also use this technique on dry card too for another look.
This technique will take you back to your childhood so go on have some fun and play.
